Scope
This policy applies to the Services provided by Wozi Pte. Ltd., including our iOS application available on the Apple App Store worldwide. It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that may link to or integrate with our Services. Please review their privacy policies.
Information We Collect
We do not access your location, contacts, or health data.
1) Information you provide to us
- Account information: Your email address when you create an account using Sign in with Apple. You may choose to share your real email address or use Apple private relay email service.
- User-generated content: Text, photos, voice recordings, and other content you create within the app. This content is stored locally on your device and synced to our servers for cross-device access.
- Communications: Content you submit through support requests, feedback forms, or other communications.
2) Information collected automatically
Device and usage information, such as device type, operating system, application version, language, anonymous identifiers, timestamps, and basic event logs necessary to operate the Services.
Crash reports and diagnostics collected through our error tracking service to help us identify and fix issues.
3) Device permissions
Certain features of the app require access to device capabilities. You will be prompted before use.
- Camera: Used for taking photos within the app. Photos are stored locally and may be synced to our servers.
- Microphone: Used for voice input features. Voice recordings may be processed by AI providers to power certain features.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including cross-device synchronization.
- Process your content through AI-powered features to provide functionality within the app.

Third-Party Service Providers

- Apple (United States): Authentication via Sign in with Apple and payment processing for in-app subscriptions.
- Supabase (Singapore): Cloud database and storage for synchronization.
- Mixpanel (United States): Anonymous product analytics.
- Sentry (United States): Anonymous crash reporting and error tracking.
- AI Providers — Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic (United States): text and user-generated content processing for app features under agreements that do not use your data for model training.

To delete your account and associated data, you can delete your account directly within the app through the Settings menu.
